Terms & Conditions
Last updated: REPLACE with the date you publish this page. These terms summarise how enquiries and bookings work. REPLACE this page with your full booking conditions if your existing terms differ — the terms attached to your booking confirmation always take precedence.
Who you are contracting with
Umrah Insights, 13 Station Road, London SE25 5AH. ATOL licence number: REPLACE. Company registration number: REPLACE.
Quotes
Prices shown on this page are “from” prices, per person, based on sharing and on selected departures. They are indicative and are not an offer. Airfares, hotel rates and exchange rates move daily, and Ramadan, Easter and summer departures carry supplements. The price that applies to you is the one quoted to you in writing for your specific dates, and it is held only for the period stated in that quote.
Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed only when we have received your deposit and issued a written confirmation and, where flights are included, an ATOL certificate.
- The balance is payable by the date on your confirmation. Instalment arrangements are available on most bookings and will be set out in writing.
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation and loss of your deposit, along with any airline or hotel charges already incurred.
ATOL protection
Packages that include flights are sold under our ATOL licence. When you book, you will receive an ATOL certificate listing what is protected and who to contact if something goes wrong. Services that do not include flights are not ATOL protected.
Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for holding a valid passport with at least six months’ validity from your date of travel, and for giving us accurate details for your visa application. We will apply for the Umrah e-visa on your behalf, but visa decisions rest with the Saudi authorities and we cannot guarantee an outcome. Check the current entry and health requirements on the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office travel advice pages before you travel.
Changes and cancellations
Amendment and cancellation charges depend on the airline and hotel rules attached to your booking and are set out in your booking confirmation. Airlines occasionally change schedules, and hotels are occasionally reallocated by the Saudi authorities during peak periods; where this happens we will inform you and provide accommodation of the same or a higher standard, or offer you the alternatives required by law.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. It should cover medical treatment, repatriation and cancellation.
Complaints
If something goes wrong during your trip, tell our ground staff immediately so we can put it right while you are there. If it is not resolved, write to info@umrahinsights.co.uk within 28 days of your return.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
